We understand that you want to see the result first. Therefore, use one color to test.
- Contact us within 30 days via the contact form or by emailing info@glamnailsprofessional.com and briefly explain what was not satisfactory (optionally with photos).
- Our team will review with you what the best solution is - for example:
- Extra help or advice to use the product properly
- A replacement color or accessory;
- A (partial) refund or store credit.
This way we ensure you always end your Glamnails experience with a smile.
Important to know
- For hygienic reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or resold.
- You may test one tube to see if the product suits you — on return we only charge the value of that tube.
- Do you have a problem with a product (e.g. defective lamp or missing item)? Then we will of course immediately send a replacement or new product.
